The Rodrigues Solitaire (Pezophaps solitaria) from the island of Rodrigues, off Madagascar's east coast.It was the closest relative to the also extinct Dodo from Mauritius island. About the size of a swan, this bird was highly territorial, and reportedly aggressive.
