Pour BBQ sauce in a medium sized bowl. Carefully stir in cola until well combined. • 2. Grab your slow cooker and spray interior with cooking spray or line with crockpot liner. • 3. Begin layering in your ingredients into the crockpot. Start with a layer of ribs, seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Next, pour some (not all) of the sauce over the ribs. Just enough to coat them. Layer on some onions. • 4. Repeat layers until you are out of ribs, sauce, and onions. • 5. Put lid on crockpot and turn on to cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. • 6. Once cooked, pull ribs out of crockpot and either serve as is or can brush on BBQ sauce and place under broiler for a few minutes to caramelize the sauce. • 7. *Optional* To make ribs sticky with BBQ sauce, brush with additional BBQ sauce and place under broiler in oven for 2-3 minutes, or until edges are a bit browned and sauce is a bit sticky. • 8. Serve with your favorite sides, like corn muffins, salad, or even rice or noodles.
