Well. it's basically your ab, low/mid back, and hip muscles. • That's a lot of muscles! • Now, when you see a runner that is fatigued they begin to lose their running form. Strength training allows a runner's muscles to last longer against the fatigue. This 10-minute core workout for runner is designed to be done at home and with absolutely no equipment! • That's right! All you need is an open space and YOU! • This core workout for runners is set up in a HIIT (high intensity interval training) style. It's broken down into 10 exercises.
