He moves his ecstasy pills through the hottest Russian-run nightclubs that he wants to get his hands on. Since their last investigation, Mike Lowrey (Will Smith from Men in Black and After Concussion) and Marcus Burnett (Martin Lawrence from Blue Streak and National Security) have been going about their business without a hitch, until one day Mike accidentally shoots Marcus in the backside. Marcus feels humiliated and embarrassed to continue teaming up with a man he's beginning to see as irresponsible and immature. So he takes the decision to be transferred. Meanwhile, Marcus receives the visit of his sister Syd (Gabrielle Union from Bring It On and Almost Christmas). This one is in fact an agent of the DEA, in Miami to corner Johnny Tapia by playing the double agents in a money laundering operation. After a car chase in which Marcus and Mike accidentally get involved, Marcus discovers the truth about his sister and decides to help her in order to get rid of Johnny Tapia, known to be untouchable by the law.
