CHEESEBURGER SALAD Low Carb High Protein IIFYM under 400 calories

FULL RECIPE BELOW: • (Serves 1) • 125g lean steak mince (can also use chicken, turkey, quorn, etc) • 10-15g cheese of choice • 100g Iceberg lettuce • 60g Cucumber • 1 tomato • 1 gherkin/pickle • Beetroot (optional) • 15g salad cream/mayonnaise • 15g ketchup • 10g mustard • Salt, pepper, optional herbs spices • Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees. • Place mince in a bowl with salt, pepper, herbs and spices. Mix and form into an even patty and put onto a baking tray • Put tray in oven and set a 20 min timer • Meanwhile chop up all veg and mix together ketchup and salad cream/mayo (with a dash of water). • When patty is done, place cheese on top and cook for a further 3-5 mins. • Drizzle dressing over salad, place patty in the middle, pop on some mustard and enjoy! • FOLLOW ME! • Instagram: @aimeelouisefit • / aimeelouisefit • Email Enquiries: [email protected] • Hey guys and welcome to Aimee Louise Fit!
