What it looks like to use a vibration plate while sitting for lipedema

I just got a vibration plate to help move lymphatic fluid off my leg. I'm using it while seated, and as a footstool, as I have knees that need to be replaced. Standing isn't recommended for my current joint situation. I run it for 15 minutes a day on the lowest setting. I put my leg with the worst knee in the middle, for minimum vibration, and my better leg on the outside (it also has lymphedema though) so it can get maximum wiggle and jiggle. After the first week, my therapist is seeing the leg go down. • Note I've been trying it with compression and before compression. Right now, my vote is to use in the morning before I put compression on. I seem to lose more fluid on the days I've tried this, so far. I'm using a lifepro waver, which I bought on amazon for under $200 (link: https://amzn.to/3ZyGNaP).
