This is a motor mount trick that you need to know. • If you’re running a strong high HP engine like the LS or the old school big blocks, you’ll want to do this to add some strength to your mounts. If you’re running a stock 305, 350 or any SBC and your mounts are tired and worn and in need of replacing, do this trick with the new ones. • Polyurethane Mounts can be pricey and availability may be limited. You can take cheaper, standard store bought mounts and beef them up using this trick. • Windo-Weld 3m Caulk on Amazon is around $23/tube. 1 tube does 2 engine mounts.
