Capacitive Deionization Technology for Water Desalination • -Development of capacitive deionization technology as a mean of saving energy and delivering purified water • -Fabrication of nanoporous carbon electrodes for electrosorption of ions • -Improvement of desalination performance and charge efficiency • Research Interest • Our group is pioneering in developing water-energy sustainable technologies. The goal of our group effort is to advance the fundamentals of nanostructured carbon materials and to pursue in-depth knowledge of underlying physical and chemical interactions at nanoscales.
