Another monstruous album from the Swedish masters of Roman Catholic Black Metal, Malakt amalka Maryam merks the 18th full-length from this horde. • Released on All Souls' Day, this record is a delve into a more ritualistic, hypnotic and mid-paced Black Metal, with a lot of eerie, sinister synthesizers, pulsating basslines and an excellent lead work which often resembles with projects like Grav, Nacht und Gnosis or even some Venymysgourvleydh releases. • Along with the other recent album, Martyrium Matrimonii : Sacrificium Christi , these albums definitel delve into a more old school RiM sound, particularly that of the albums Urkaus and De Mysteriis Dom Christi .
