Nasal bleeding, also known as epistaxis, is one of the common complaints that may occur spontaneously. Nasal bleeding occurs when the inner layer of the nose is injured or dry. Damage to the small blood vessels in the nose triggers bleeding. Almost all nosebleeds are caused by blood vessels in the anterior part of the nostril septum, which is the inner middle tissue that separates both nostrils. It is more common in patients with nosebleeds, nasal allergy, sinusitis, hypertension or bleeding disorder. If you know the causes of nosebleeds and how to deal with them, you can better control your own nosebleeds. Let's examine the topic under three main headings: • WATCH PART 1:    • BURUN KANAMASI 1.BÖLÜM I Kanama Sır...   • WATCH PART 2:    • BURUN KANAMASI 2.BÖLÜM I Gelecektek...   • WATCH PART 3:    • BURUN KANAMASI 3.BÖLÜM I Burun Kana...   • A- FIRST AID DURING BLEEDING • 1- Sitting Position: • If you do not have a serious cause of bleeding in your nose, you can give yourself first aid. To do this, first take the sitting position and tilt your head forward. Thus, blood will flow through your nostrils. (Blood is not recommended to go down your throat!) * To collect blood under your nose can hold a towel. • 2- Apply Nose Printing: • Gently squeeze the lower part of your nose with your index finger and thumb to cover your nostrils completely. In this way, you will have direct pressure on the damaged part of the blood vessels. This action helps stop blood flow, and you can stop the pressure after it stops for about 10 minutes. If bleeding continues, you can compress for another 10 minutes. * Do not force yourself to breathe through the nose during this process, just breathe through the mouth. • 3- Reduce Body Temperature: • Lowering your body temperature can help reduce blood flow to your nose. To do this, place the ice cubes in your mouth. This is more effective than placing cold compresses on the nose. According to recent clinical research, cold compresses placed on the nose are not very effective. * You can absorb the ice cream stick to get the same result. • 4- Use Nasal Spray Containing Oxymetazoline: • If you do not have high blood pressure problems, you can try medicated nasal spray. This drug causes narrowing of the blood vessels in your nose. To use, take a clean cotton ball or piece of gauze, add 1-2 drops of spray on it, place it in the nostrils, continue pinching the nostrils, and check the bleeding after 10 minutes. If bleeding has stopped, do not remove the cotton or gauze for about an hour, as bleeding may occur again. Frequent use of this drug, which is more than 3-4 days at a time, can cause addiction and nasal congestion. * These sprays are used only if the bleeding does not stop after pinching the nose after the first 10 minutes! • 5- Wash Your Nose and Rest: • After the bleeding stops, you can clean the area around your nose with warm water. After cleansing your face, you should rest for a while. This helps prevent further bleeding. • Relax while relaxing. • have a good time .. http://goo.gl/v4RZuI • To access the playlist of all my swimming videos: • https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list... • #SerkanOzkeskin #marmarasport #NoseBleeding
