This series of five videos covers inexpensive, yet fully-featured CAT tools costing from 0 to 139 euros. • This video is about MemSource Cloud Personal (http://www.memsource.com/pricing), an hybrid tool with a cloud-based component and a local, multiplatform (Windows, Mac, Linux) editor. The company offers several pricing plans, including a free one for occasional translators. • The video shows how to create a project with associated resources (including a translation memory) via the browser-based interface, how to upload the Word document to be translated, how to download the corresponding XLIFF, how to translate it in the local editor (but with a cloud-based TM), how to re-upload the translated XLIFF and how to re-download the translated Word document (that's a lot of uploading and downloading back and forth!). • Related videos: • First steps with OmegaT: • First steps with OmegaT (2012 edition) • First steps with Wordfast Anywhere: • First steps with Wordfast Anywhere (2... • First steps with CafeTran Espresso: • First steps with CafeTran Espresso • First steps with MetaTexis: • First steps with MetaTexis
