For the second year in a row, we incorporated Amelia's wheelchair into her Halloween costume. Last year, she was an incredible Amelia Earhart, complete with airplane. This year, Amelia rocked her Dalmatian costume while riding around in a fire engine. We once again headed to Northwest Trek for their annual Hoot 'n' Howl — a safe, accessible outdoor event that's great for Amelia to enjoy trick or treating.
