Delicious and Nutritious Keto Smoothie • Find over 80 more keto recipes in my e-cookbook! https://jenniferbanz.com/book • Low Carb Smoothies – Keto Smoothie (The Essentials!) • My go to keto smoothie recipe! • Prep Time: 5 minutes • Total Time: 5 minutes • Servings: 1 smoothie • INGREDIENTS • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries • 2 big hand fulls fresh spinach • 1/2 serving Vanilla Premiere Protein Powder • 1/2 to 1 Scoop Amazing grass green superfood (optional) • 1 scoop Innate Magnesium Powder (optional) • 2 tbsp almond butter (My favorite brand on Amazon http://amzn.to/2FIKSoE (affiliate link) • 1 Cup Ice • about 1/2 cup to 1 cup of water or almond milk • INSTRUCTIONS • add all to a blender cup and blend until smooth • enjoy! • JENNIFER'S TIPS • For any of the other ingredients that I talked about, I would use 1 serving. So if you wanted to add hemp hearts to your smoothie, add 3 tablespoons which is zero net carbs, 13g of fat, and 10g of protein!
