This video gives you the steps for a basic energy healing session. First, you ask the participant's higher self for permission to assist in its healing (telepathically). Second, ground him/her. Third, run their energy (earth and universal) Fourth, balance out the chakras by harmonizing the colors, rotating the direction of the chakras, and opening or closing the percentage the chakras are open to while knowing that they always work at %100 percent, smooth out the aura and assist the participant in being comfortable and open to receiving the healing/balancing energy. • These are the basics.
