This will be my first video for my you tube channel and I hope that you will join me as I share my food and cooking experiences with you. • I will be uploading one or two times a week and if you have suggestions even if I don't know how to do it. I will study it for you and cook it. • I am cooking this dish thinking of my family. Our family really loves to cook and this dish is one of our favorites... I hope that you will try to cook this delicious food for your loved ones and friend... • Ingredients: • 5 cloves garlic (chopped) • 1 onion (sliced) • cooking oil • ginger or luya - 2-3 inches • 1 tsp. ground pepper/paminta • 2-3 tbsp. fish sauce • 1 tbsp. salt (can be adjusted accdg to your taste) • 2 stalks of onion leeks • 600-700 ml of water • 2 small packs of misua • 1/2 pork meat (liempo,kasim or pigue) - cut into strips • 1/4 pork pancreas (lapay) cut into strips • 1/4 pork kidneys (bato) cut into strips • 1/4 pork liver (optional) cut into strips • 1/4 cup pork blood • Maraming Salamat Sa Panonood!
