菜乾咸豬手湯 • 材料 • 1. 菜乾100g • 2. 咸豬手一隻 • 3. 紅蘿蔔200g • 4. 羅漢果半個 • 5. 薑四片 • 調味料 • 1. 鹽一茶匙 • 做法 • 1. 放入薑、咸豬手煮一小時留起備用。 • 2. 將豬手切開,豬手肉可用作上海肴肉材料/燻蹄。將豬骨放入湯煲內續煲。 • 3. 再將所有材料煲一小時。 • 4. 完成後放入適量鹽。 • Dried white cabbage pork knuckle soup • Ingredient • 1.
