Convert COBOL to Java and truly aim for Application Modernization

In recent months, I've discovered that sifting through, understanding, refactoring and shipping updates to legacy COBOL applications is NOT an easy task. In several conversations with our clients and my teams' experts (Anthony Loupos and Jennifer McComas) its become incredibly clear how difficult it can be.
