Stick welding vertical with 7018 can be tricky at first but once you get the technique it becomes fairly easy. Its a slight zig zag for me at least, with a one second hold at each side. im using the 7018 electrode with a miller welding machine. im going vertical up hill 3g welding position. on my journey to becoming a pipe welder. the next video will be on overhead welding with 7018 rods. once again these are vertical stick welding tips and tricks for beginners or hobby welders. • #welding #vertical #stickwelding
