What to feed a Goldfish. There are many foods you can feed a Goldfish. These are what we feed ours. We feed twice a day, morning and early evening. Every morning they get Repashy Gel food and the evening meal is changed up every day with either peas, NLS Goldfish pellets or frozen foods such as brine shrimp and bloodworms. We have seen tremendous growth in the Goldfish over the last month.
