In this video, I show you how quick and easy it is to change your own transmission fluid on your VW! Specifically, this video is for Mk6 Golf R drivers or anyone with the 02Q 6-speed manual trans (02M/02J similar). • PS if you are doing this on your mk6 golf R, you will need to know when your transmission was built.
