The newly formed Mew Mew team learns its true purpose when Elliot and Wesley explain that they are Infused with the life force of endangered animals - Zoey, the Wild Mountain Cat; Corina, the rare Blue Lorikeet; Bridget, the Black Finless Porpoise; Kikki, the Golden Tamarind Lion Monkey; and Renée, the Grey Wolf.
