#hikingtrails #hiking #northshore #lakesuperior #camping #superiorhikingtrail • The West Caribou Camp is the northern most campsite along the Crosby-Manitou State Park to Caribou Falls State Wayside section of the Superior Hiking Trail (SHT). The campsite is located about 0.1 miles before reaching the Caribou River Bridge and the Caribou River Spur Trail that leads to the Caribou Falls State Wayside parking lot. There are at least three tent pads and a latrine up a short, but steep hill. Water is not easily accessible from this campsite.
