[Posted to http://www.lawdevnull.com/] Audio of my closing statement for the 2011 Texas Young Lawyers Association (TYLA) National Trial Competition Regional round held in Charlotte, N.C. in February 2011. • I was on the 2L team from the North Carolina Central University School of Law :) We came in 9th place out of 32, losing to Emory Law 3Ls in our first round then beating 2Ls from Georgia State Law and Wake Forest Law respectively in the next two rounds. • If you want to read the fact pattern for this case, download State v.
