How sharp can you get a knife freehand sharpening? Pretty sharp! These knives were sharpened freehand on some prototype sharpening stones to 400 grit, and stropped with a two strop progression. Theres plenty of room for improvement as they are only 400 grit edges. Ill be doing some knife sharpening videos in the future so stay tuned!
