Preparation Time 10 Minutes • Cooking Time 10 Minutes • Serving 4 Person • Ingredients • •Puffed Rice 500 Grams • •Tamatoes 2 medium size • •Onion 2 medium size • •Ground Nuts 1/2 cup • •Garlic 1 whole • •oil 4spoon • •Green Chillles 5-6 • •Chilli Powder 1 Spoon • •Salt • •Coriander Leaves 1/2 cup • • Method of Preparation • ✓In a thick kadai or pan add oil once heat add ground nuts and fry till golden brown and keep aside • ✓To the samr pan add crushed garlic fry for a min than add finely chopped onion and Chopped green chillies, cook in high flame • ✓Aft 3-4 min add finely chopped tamatoes fry for 5 min in medium flame . • ✓Than in bowl take water and add puffed rice soak for 2 - 3 min and than tightly press and remove excess water from puffed rice and add to Masala. • ✓Mix all together add fried ground nuts, Chilli powder, salt mix well cook for a min. • ✓off the gas than add chopped coriander leaves mix all well serve hot, enjoy the desi flavour • #Shortvideo #Utharakarnatakafooodrecpie
