Peel and cut the carrots in half lengthwise. • 2. Place the carrots on a baking sheet. • 3. Add peeled and minced garlic cloves. • 4. Add salt. • 5. Sprinkle the top with thyme and oregano. • 6. Drizzle with the olive oil. • 7.
