Khatkhate is tradditional GSB konkani recipe which can be made with number of vegetables. This recipe get prepare generally on holy occasions hence onion garlic is not used in this dish.In this recipe we can use any vegetables except bhendi/okra,as overcooked bhendi might spoil the taste of this taste.Red pumkin is main and important vegetable of this dish. You can enhance the taste by using other maximum available vegetables but don't skip red pumkin. • There is no any specific measurement or quantity for vegetables.
