The section of Route 66 between Kingman and Seligman is part of the longest continuous section of the Mother Road remaining and makes a great day trip. Despite being only about 87 miles in length, this section of Historic Route 66 visits Kingman, Antares, Hackberry, Valentine, Truxton, Peach Springs, the Grand Canyon Caverns, and Seligman, giving a ton of options for places to stop at and explore. From Giganticus Headicus to Keepers of the Wild to an ancient cave system to abandoned hotels and gas stations, this trip has it all. With so many interesting places being jam packed into this section of the road, this is our favorite day trip on Route 66. • Check out our video on Antares here: • Visiting Giganticus Headicus on Route... • Check out our video on the Grand Canyon Caverns here: • We Slept in the Grand Canyon Caverns • 00:00 Intro • 00:45 Kingman • 03:30 Antares • 04:08 Hackberry General Store • 04:46 Valentine • 05:09 Keepers of the Wild • 06:04 Truxton • 06:27 Peach Springs • 06:59 Grand Canyon Caverns • 07:53 Burma Shave Signs • 08:25 Seligman • ○ Gear we use: https://www.amazon.com/shop/sidetrack... • ►Please subscribe for weekly updates showcasing some of our adventures: / @sidetrackadventures • ►Also please follow Sidetrack Adventures on Instagram: / sidetrackadventures • ►And please follow Sidetrack Adventures on Twitter: / sidetrackadvent
