In this video, I will explain in under 2 minutes what a Theremin is and the basics of how it functions. • A Theremin is a musical instrument which functions without the player making contact with the instrument, it uses electromagnetic fields an amplifier in order to detect the tone it should produce. • The Theremin was invented by Leon Theremin (Lev Termen) in the 60's 'reinvented' by Bob Moog.
