First, attach the two left cart legs to the two caster inserts by sliding them into place until you hear a click. Flip the bottom panel over and attach the struts. Remember the legs with the wheel inserts should be on the right side of the panel facing outward. Next, attach the two front panels first, mount the front panels. While mounting makes sure the hooks on your panels are facing downward. Next, attach your two cart assemblies. Slide the assembly into place. Next, slide your grill's wheels into place. Now, attach the two triangle brackets onto the rear side of your grill. With your cart in place, it's time to fix your firebox. First, carefully tilt the firebox onto its back to untie the gas line, then lift the firebox assembly and place it on top of the cart, now attach your left side table first. Then attach the triangle bracket and secure the front side panel to the underside of the side shelf. On the left side of your grill slide the assembled shell into position. Repeat the same steps for the right side shelf. Next, find your grease tray. Assembly with the grease tray tilted on its side attach the support wire. Once your grease tray is fully assembled slide it into the rear of your grill followed by the grease cup. Now that your grease tray is in a place open up the lid of your grill and place each flame tamer into place at the bottom of the burner bowl. After that unscrew the ignition starter cap from the front control panel. Place a double-a battery into the slot, negative first, then screw the cap back into place. With your grill nearly assembled it's time to attach the liquid propane tank.
