Reopened Aquatica Orlando Water Park Slides Wave Pool Lazy Rivers Full Tour

We visit Aquatica Water Park next to SeaWorld in Orlando Florida. See the water slides and wave pool and all the sights and sounds and food that they have to offer now that they have reopened to the public. We see that Riptide Race is the newest attraction that is opening soon. We ride on Ray Rush, Walhalla Wave, Karekare Curl, Dolphin Plunge, Ihu's Breakaway Falls, Loggerhead lane lazy river, Roa's Rapids fast action river ride, Tassie Twister, Whanau Way, two wave pools and we eat lunch at Waterstone Grill. Unfortunately Taumata Racer and Omaka Rocka water slides were closed due to social distancing concerns. • Aquatica Orlando is not open everyday of the week just yet in June 2020 since their reopening, but according to Orlando news sources I have just read today, Aquatica Orlando is planning to open 7 days a week beginning on July 2. • During our visit, the mask policy was that people are not allowed to wear masks in the water or on the water slides, but they are required to be worn when in a store or a restaurant. We found that people did wear masks inside places and for the most part did a good job of social distancing following the spacing markers on rides. For the most part nobody was wearing a mask while walking around outside from here to there in the park. The lines were not bad at all and the only long line and long wait (about 1/2 hour) we experienced was to ride Ray Rush. Most rides had around a 5 to 10 minute wait time. We were there on a Monday. I'd expect a weekend would have been more crowded. • Orlando is home to some of the best water parks and Aquatica is one of the main big ones in this area which include Disney's Typhoon Lagoon, Disney's Blizzard Beach, Universal's Volcano Bay and of course, SeaWorld's Aqautica.
