All of a sudden, I started to have problems with my Premiere Pro. Some of the clips on the timeline were becoming black screen. I solution is much simpler than you could imagine. Just the change in the video rendering and playback - renderer from Mercury Playback to GPU Acceleration. And it should fix the problem. Somehow, Premiere Pro automatically changed this setting • In the video I mentioned to change video rendering and playback - renderer from Mercury Playback to GPU Acceleration. However, some people have mentioned in the comments below that the opposite helped fix their problems, that is to change from GPU Acceleration to Mercury Playback!
