#binignitrecipe • Is very popular in Visayas most especially here in Cebu. People cook this mostly during holy week. Here are the ingredients to wit: • coconut milk: • 2.5 cups first gata • 7 cups second gata • 1/2 kilo mascovado sugar • 1/4 kilo brown sugar • 1 cup landang (tapioca) • 1/8 kilo glutinous rice • 1-2 cups purple yam (ube) • 1-2 cups sweet potato • 1/2-1 cup jackfruit • 1-2 cups cassava balls • (i shredded it then i make it balls) • sago (small and medium) • 1-2 cups taro (gabi) • 2 cups banana (saba) • pinch of salt • note: all measurement of ingredients is not fix you can add how many ingredients you want also the sugar its depend upon your taste. • for the preparation pls watch my video! • Disclaimer: • I do not claim ownership of the song used in this video.
