Cdr Simon Hargreaves OBE RNR, the only pilot of the last Sea Vixen, explains why it is so special to fly. • The XP924 first flew on the 23rd December 1963 and was delivered to 899 Naval Air Squadron at Royal Naval Air Station (RNAS) Yeovilton on 18 December 1963. This aircraft was seen as the ideal replacement for the outgoing Sea Venom. • For more information about this stunning aircraft please visit our information page on our website below. • https://navywings.org.uk/portfolio/se... • _________ Social Media _________ • Facebook -   / navywingsuk   • Twitter -   / navywingsuk   • Instagram -   / navy_wings   • Navy Wings is a registered Charity - Charity No. 1117272 • To become a supporter please visit our website https://navywings.org.uk/support-us/ • © Navy Wings
