Springwells is a pretty densely populated neighborhood when going by Detroit's standards. It has a large Hispanic community, and today Springwells is actually one of the more diverse areas in Detroit. Springwells has a rich history, and the commercial district along Vernor helps give Springwells a vision of hope for the future.
