Be careful not to get burned. • Return the soup pot to the burner and heat on medium. • Add two cups of vegan cheddar cheese and stir. • Once the cheese has melted, add salt and pepper to taste (taste often for best results). • That’s it! • Serve your soup with a fresh slice of crusty bread. It’s delicious.
