Atlas vs Mulligans' 8lb Irish Shepherd's Pie Challenge at Mulligans Irish Pub and Grill in Franklin, Wisconsin. Hey everybody!! Back in August 2019, I was still on my 2019 summer tour in Wisconsin for two food challenges. For challenge #1, I traveled to Mulligans Irish Pub and Grill in Franklin, Wisconsin which is just outside Milwaukee, WI. I was there a few years ago and completed their burger challenge. This time, I took on their massive 8lb Irish Shepherd's Pie Challenge. It was technically cottage pie, since it involved beef and not lamb, and had 45 minutes to finish the meal, equivalent to 4 of their large normal-sized portions. BIG thanks to Mulligans' ownership and staff for the wonderful food and hospitality, and to all the many people who came up to watch and meet me that August evening. We appreciate everyone around Milwaukee and the state of Wisconsin supporting our efforts!! Challengers have 45 minutes to finish 8lbs of shepherd's pie, or technically cottage pie since it includes beef and not lamb. It is equal to 4 of their large normal-sized portions. The challenge also includes 5 large slices of Irish stout bread. Winners receive the meal free, a sweet t-shirt, and a $75 gift card to be used later. You also get your name/photo posted on Mulligans' Wall of Fame.
