After looking at a wide variety of metal boxes that I could have utilized on my travel trailer as a battery box, I decided on the Harbor Freight Trailer Tongue Box. This is a metal box and it fit just right on my travel trailer. The final cost of this box was $77.21 after using the 20% off coupon which was a lot less expensive than most of the boxes that I looked at. I removed the old battery tray that was welded between the frame on the trailer tongue and re-purposed it as a brace under my new battery box.
