We can't get into the Vault, so we speak with Penny at the Desk and ask to open an account! She says we need a special form signed by Mr Crumbsford, so we head into his office and ask him! He says no, and that the forms are safely kept in his Filing Cabinet! We notice he seems very fond of Chocolate and happens to run out of it! We head to Island Trader and get some more, but we can't give them to him! Instead, we consult the Voodoo Book to find a recipe for making people fall asleep! We just need some Fugo Fish, and we know just where to get it! We head over to the restaurant at the Chic Shell Hotel and order the Fugo Fish Special and then take the Poison Sac when we're done! We combine the Fugo Fish Gland with the Chocolates and give them to Mr Crumbsford! When he falls asleep, we take the form from the Filing Cabinet and show it to Penny!
