#thepla #howtomakemethiparatha #healthybreakfast #winterspecialthepla • Today I present cripsy khasta Menthi Paratha (खस्ता मेथी पराठा ) also known as Thepla (थेपला) with Tomato chutney (टमाटर की चटनी ) • • Menthi Paratha: 00:01 • Tomato Chutney: 05:13 • Ingredients, for menthi paratha • 1. Fenugreek leaves, fresh menthi leaves, 200 g, washed and chopped • 2. Coriander leaves 2, tbsp, chopped • 4. Spring onion, chopped 1 to 2 tbsp • 5. One or two green chilies, chopped or paste • 6. Azwain, carrom seeds 1/3 tsp • 7. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp • 8. Red chili powder 1/3 tsp • 9. Sugar 1 tsp • 10. Salt to taste • 11. Curd 2 tbsp • 12. Oil 2 tsp • 13. Wheat flour about a cup • 14. Oil or ghee for frying paratha • Preparation • Mix all ingredients, except flour, then add flour little by little, to get a tight dough. • Don't add water. • Heat a pan. Take a little portion of dough, roll into round sheets or parathas, and shallow fry on low to medium heat, using ghee or oil. • Ingredients for tomato chutney • 1. Ripe tomatoes 3,4, chopped boiled in pan orin microwave. • 2. Red chili whole 1 • 3. Garlic cloves 2 • 4. Cumin seeds 1/3 tsp • 5. Asafoetida, hing a pinch • 6. Grated ginger, 1/4 tsp • 7. Sugar 2 tbsp • 8. Gud, jaggery 1 to 2 tsp • 9. Tomatoe sauce 1 tbsp • 10.Kashmiri chili half tsp • 12. Salt ,normal sns black • 13. Oil 1 tsp • Preparation • 1. Remove the skin of boiled tomatoes, grind for few seconds in mixer jar. • 2. Heat oil in a pan , add garlic, cumin seeds, ginger hing, whole chili, then add ground boiled tomatoes, cook for 3,minutes add sugar, jaggery ,salt, Tomatoe sauce, and Kashmiri chili, saute for a minute, if required add water, boil for a minute • and switch off the flame. • Friends if you have liked my recipe,please subscribe my channel and share your views. • Thanks
