She was very knowledgable about the menu and explained all the courses to us! We loved the traditional Japanese multi-course Kaiser menu! The whole team was very welcoming and knowledgable about the Ryokan’s history, best way to use an Onsen, and the best places to visit in Hakone! • ***This ryokan serves Kaiseki breakfast and dinner which is a traditional Japanese multi course meal. I emailed Matsuzakaya Honten in advance to ask if they could adjust my Kaiseki menu to be vegetarian and they did which was amazing!
