Cadillac Deville Bad Instrument Cluster How did you fix it

I went in my 1998 Cadillac Deville and when starting it this morning i noticed my instrument cluster was acting funny the digital readout was confusing to read, you couldn’t tell if it's a number or letter on some of them. But the car itself worked perfectly fine, everything worked as normal. In this video, I'll show you what my instrument cluster looks like. Andddd... I was hoping that someone out there has gone through the same thing that I'm going through and maybe they can tell me what they did to repair it. I'm hoping its a fuse or maybe even a loose wire.
