Use food to ⬇️ inflammation • This is a breakfast my husband and I eat almost every day 😋 • Whether you have arthritis or not, food is a powerful way to reduce inflammation which in turn can improve your overall health. • ⚠️ Please note: some people may be sensitive to certain food groups, such as nightshades, but not all are. If you know you are sensitive modify accordingly. • 🫑 Bell peppers are considered an anti-inflammatory food because they contain nutrients and phytochemicals with natural antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. The red ones tend to pack the most benefit • Avocado oil (olive oil can be a substitute) has the potential to reduce the risk for heart disease and stroke. It can also reduce certain inflammatory markers in your body. • 🥦 Broccoli contains sulforaphane which is an antioxidant with tons of health benefits including counteracting inflammatory cells • 🥚 Eggs can be a great source of protein and contain choline which can actually help with brain function • ✳️ Other ingredients that go great with this meal and can be substitutes include: onions, asparagus and/or garlic. You could also add avocado on the side to incorporate healthy fats.
