Made with Sony Vegas and Audacity. • Link (new): As of Sept. 24, 2018 • https://www.dropbox.com/s/akxy1fwyx1u... • How to download: • 1) After clicking on the link, hover the arrow on the upper right of the screen. • 2) Click on the button that's says Download • 3) If you DO NOT have a Dropbox account, then click on direct download (This will save it on to your computer) • 4) if you have Chrome, save it to whatever folder you want (Make sure the file reads TV Static and make sure it's an MP4 file. Some people somehow download something else and get a virus or adware. This is Dropbox, so I doubt there would be adware or a virus) • If using Microsoft Edge (Aka Windows 10 I.E) press Save. It will automatically put it in the download folder. You can change the location if you click the ^ option next to Save. • If using Firefox, click on Save File after the download window shows up.Just like Microsoft Edge, it automatically saves to the Download Folder on your computer. • Also I scanned my own file on three different Anti-Virus softwares, and this contains no virus! So all you people who say there's a virus, stop creating lies or trolling! This was made with a media generator that's in Sony Vegas, and then I used an effect called TV Simulator. The sound was made with Audacity. There is definitely no virus! • This new one isn't laggy and is 3 seconds instead of 2. Enjoy! • Decided to make a TV Static video since I wanted one, but didn't feel like downloading someone else video. Free to use, as long you don't claim it as your own.
