The correct airless (HEA) tip ensures less overspray and therefore better control and finish. •   • Not only will you use less paint which save on material costs, but you will be spending less time doing the job and clearing up afterwards. •   • On the tip the first number gives the width of the spray. It matches the angle you are spraying at. If the number is 5, then you are spraying at an angle of 50° this give you about a 5” fan width if you hold the gun approximately 30 cm from the surface. •   • The last two numbers of the tip show the size of the spray orifice, indicated in one thousands of an inch. The higher the number, the greater the flow with which you can spray. • • For example, a ‘515’ tip enables a greater flow than a ‘311’ tip •   • The greater the flow the faster you paint larger surfaces, but you will use more paint. •   • With a smaller fan distribution, you work more slowly, but you use less paint and you have more control. • ► More information about our paint spray systems can be found in our E-Learning: https://yt.wagner-group.com/elearning-hf • ✔ For more information please see https://www.wagner-group.com • ✔ Subscribe to our channel for the latest videos:    / wagnerunitedkingdom   • ✔ Available from Screwfix https://bit.ly/2tOjTiQ • ✔ Available from Toolstation https://bit.ly/2FA3p3g
