These Keto coconut pancakes are a great idea for breakfast. Easy to make and they are low carb and keto friendly. I was pleasantly surprised with how good they tasted. You can make them savoury or sweet. They are nice cold too. I served mine with melted chocolate, fresh cream and strawberries. • NOTE: If you’re using psyllium husk powder and your batter is too thick simply add one more egg. • Find recipe below. • _________________________________________ • For More Recipes visit:https://lowcarbbabe.com/low-carb-keto... • ________________________________________ • Prep time: 5 mins • Cook time: 15 mins • Total time: 20 mins • • Ingredients for low carb coconut pancakes: • 4 Large Eggs • 120 g cream cheese • 4 Tbsp coconut flour • 1 Tsp Baking powder • 1 TBSP psyllium husk powder (optional) • 1 Tsp sweetener.
