Cook gently until the sausages are cooked through and the veggies are just how you like them. • Add the garlic, oregano, red wine, tomato puree, salt, pepper and chilli. • Simmer together until the liquid reduces down to a rich, glossy sauce. • Serve as-is for a low carb meal, or with bread, pasta or rice to stretch it out to feed more. • Until next time, happy camping! • Jane x • PS want to work with me?
