Erika is a German march written by Herms Niel, and it became the most popular marching song during WWII. Now fun fact: this song was written in 1930. Therefore, this came out before WWII (circ. 1939). That’s just to say that this song is really tied to the Nazis just because of its heightened popularity in WWII. The lyrics have no connection to WWII or any policies of the Nazi Party.
