Start with a box height that challenges you but still allows you to jump and land with proper form. • 2. Stand facing the box with your feet hip-width apart. • 3. Engage your core muscles, then lift one foot off the ground and position it behind you, while balancing on the other leg, with your arms in front of you. • 4. In one continuous motion, drive your arms back, bend your knee on the planted foot, and hinge at your hips to lower your body, explosively swing your arms forward and up as you push off the ground with your standing leg. • 5. Aim to land softly on the box, with the same foot that left the ground, with your knee slightly bent to absorb the impact, • 6. Stick the landing as you balance on one foot. • 7. Step back down on the ground with your non-standing leg. • 8. Complete all the reps on one leg, then switch legs and repeat. • Single Leg Box Jump: • ► MUSCLES WORKED: Legs, Hamstrings, Glutes, Quadriceps • ► TYPE: Plyometrics • ► EQUIPMENT: Box • ► EXPERIENCE: Intermediate • Follow Us On Social Media: • ► INSTAGRAM:   / bradgouthro   • ► INSTAGRAM:   / liveleantv   • ► FACEBOOK:   / liveleantv   • ► TWITTER:   / bradgouthro   • ► TWITTER:   / liveleantv   • ► TIK-TOK:   / bradgouthro   • ► TIK-TOK:   / liveleantv   • ► SNAPCHAT:   / bradgouthro   • #boxjump #plyometrics #LiveLeanTV • Business Enquiries: [email protected]
