I've put a set of Seymour Duncan bass pickups into my trusty Fender Deluxe Precision Bass Special. Specifically, they're the Quarter Pound SPB-3 and SJB-3 Basslines Bass Pickups. • She's a battle-toughened, road-tested warrior; she's accompanied me at shows with audiences as small as just a few close friends, and epic rock sessions 20,000 large. She was my number one bass during a stint on the 2005 Vans Warped Tour, and still is • to this day. • After countless shows in rat infested hellholes across the country, she was in need of an overhaul - a bit of pampering that she rightfully deserved.
